Harbor Hospice Chronicle Regatta

This regatta is open to all sailboats. Classes will be determined by the race committee. If a PHRF boat does not have a rating certificate then the race committee will assign a rating (with no penalty). Dinghys, small multihulls, and scows will race as one design. It is possible that these fleets may race using Portsmouth Yardstick ratings.
