The 2010 Thistle National Championship (Regatta) is organized by the Thistle Class Association (TCA) in conjunction with the North Cape Yacht Club, host of the 2010 - Thistle National Championships. The Regatta will be governed by the rules as defined by The Racing Rules of Sailing for 2009 – 2012. The Regatta is an “open qualification” event with “no quota” within the meaning of the TCA rules (see By-Laws Article XIII, Sections 8 & 9), and is open to boats and skippers eligible under the TCA rules and this Notice of Race.
